A creative studio for the AI age. Built from zero in 30 days — strategy, identity, website, and the operating system underneath it all.
DreamGully is our own studio — the first case study we shipped, because if we couldn't build our own brand, we shouldn't be building anyone else's. The work covered positioning, visual identity, website, and the content system that runs underneath it. The result is a studio brand that's clear about what it does, honest about how it does it, and built to be a working example of the kind of work we deliver to clients.
Most "AI agencies" are traditional agencies that added a ChatGPT subscription. The brief to ourselves was sharper: build a studio that's AI-native from the foundation up — where AI isn't a tool we use, it's how the studio operates. Every workflow, every deliverable, every client interaction should demonstrate the difference.
The brand had to work for two audiences at once: small service businesses in Melbourne and Dubai who are skeptical of agencies, and real estate brokerages who are drowning in marketing options. The studio brand had to be premium enough to charge mid-market rates, plain enough to feel approachable to a cafe owner, and sharp enough to attract the kind of clients we actually want to work with.
"If we can't build our own brand from zero, we have no business building anyone else's."
The foundation. Defined who DreamGully is for, what it does, and what it doesn't do. Wrote the positioning around "creative studio for the AI age" — sharp enough to differentiate, broad enough to grow into.
Wordmark, color tokens, typography, motion principles, voice. The system holds the line: editorial but not precious, modern but not trendy. Cormorant Garamond for display, DM Sans for body, a blue gradient as the through-line.
Eight rounds of wordmark and mark exploration before landing on the final lockup. The work is in the file: failed versions, reasoning, the moment it clicked. The log itself is a study in how the brand came to be.
Single-page site built to do four things: communicate the offer, show the work, build trust, capture leads. Grey + blue gradient system. Editorial type. No stock photography. Fast, accessible, and built to convert.
Three anchor packages — Brand Foundation, Growth Engine, Studio Retainer — each with a clear scope, a clear outcome, and a clear price. Custom quotes for everything else. The page explains what you get, what you don't, and what happens next.
Four-step process — Discovery, Strategy, Creation, Launch — each step explained in plain language with what's delivered, when, and what the client does. The deck doubles as a sales tool for prospects and an onboarding doc for new clients.
The form on the site routes inquiries into a structured intake. Every lead comes pre-qualified, with project type, budget range, timeline, and the question that tells us whether to take the call or pass. Built to filter, not just collect.
The studio's own content is the working example of how we work for clients. Editorial still-lifes, prompt-engineered imagery, brand assets generated and curated. The system — not individual posts — is the deliverable. Replicable for any client engagement.
The honest metric is this: the brand works because we use it every day. Every client proposal is built on this system. Every case study page extends it. The studio is the first and most consistent case study of how we operate.
